Return & Refund Policy
At Cozy Chaos Co., all products are made to order. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizing, changes of mind, or personal preferences.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.
Approved claims will receive a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellations: Please contact us immediately if you need to cancel your order. Once production begins, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.
This policy does not affect your rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
